BEACH FITNESS
Join us for a fun, welcoming Beach Fitness Class at Andy Romano Beachfront Park in Ormond Beach.
This full-body workout combines functional strength training, balance, mobility, core conditioning, and sculpting movements to help you build strength, improve stability, and enhance overall wellness. Classes are designed to be effective, approachable, and enjoyable for all fitness levels.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of the ocean, you’ll enjoy fresh air, positive energy, and a supportive community while moving your body in a way that feels good.
Whether you’re looking to improve fitness, increase strength, boost energy, or simply enjoy exercising outdoors, this class offers a balanced approach to movement and wellness.
All levels are welcome and encouraged. Modifications are provided as needed.
