Set against the sound of the waves and fresh ocean air, each class blends functional strength, cardio, and mobility to help you move better and feel stronger.

Every session is thoughtfully designed to support all fitness levels, with options to move at your own pace while still feeling challenged and accomplished. Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or looking to elevate your routine, you’ll find encouragement, support, and community every step of the way.

🎒 What to Bring

Water, Towel or Mat, and Comfortable workout clothes. Optional: swimsuit if you enjoy cooling off after class. ☀️🌊
